Sawgrass Rod Warranty

Sawgrass rods are crafted under the highest industry standards. Each rod is inspected for fit and finish flaws, components are double checked for damage and then the rod is loaded tip to butt checking for any flaws in the blank before we pack it up and ship it. 

Still, things happen. If you have a failure, we are happy to help get back to fishing. Simply send us the labeled portion identifying the rod along with a service fee and we will ship you a similar new model.

Our specific warranty programs are outlined below.  

  • “Touch-to-Trust” guarantee – Rods are a personal choice. If you purchase a Sawgrass product and for WHATEVER reason are not happy with it, give us a call.  Any orders sent back to Sawgrass within 14-days of the customer receiving their product, will be given a 100% refund INCLUDING Sawgrass paying shipping for the return.  Simply call us and we will send you a new shipping label.  Because of lawyers…product must be in new sellable condition.   
  • Any rods that fail within 30-days of the customer receiving their Sawgrass product are covered 100% by Sawgrass.  
  • All other product is covered by a limited lifetime warranty. Rods will be replaced at 50% their retail price.
