Touch To Trust Explained

Buying something as personal as a fishing rod online from a brand you have not fished before is stressful. Sawgrass Rods intends to remove that stress from each transaction. Our customers become loyalists. Through our first two years of business, we have had to process two returns.
To make the purchase of your new Sawgrass rod more enjoyable and less stressful Sawgrass is excited to announce the introduction of our “Touch to Trust” program.
Starting immediately, when you order a Sawgrass rod, we will include a return shipping label for no additional charge. You will have time to hold, evaluate, show off to fishing buddies, and thoughtfully consider your purchase. If it is not up to your standards, for any reason. Box it back up, apply that return label and ship it back to
us on our dime.

As with all deals these days, we must discuss the terms and conditions…return labels void after 14 days (UPS policy not ours) so if you are unsatisfied, box it up and get it back. Lastly, rods need to be returned in new “sellable” condition. If the box is destroyed or the rod looks too fished, we cannot accept the
return.
